Instructions
Garlic Butter Shrimp and Rice
In a hot pan, melt the butter and add garlic.
Add the shrimp, lemon juice, and chili flakes, cooking until shrimp is pink.
Serve the shrimp over cooked rice.
Cheesy Bean Quesadillas
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Add tortillas, cheese, and beans; fold and cook until crispy.
Serve with salsa or sour cream.
