Taco Night Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground turkey or beef Can use either meat
  • 1 pkg Taco seasoning Adjust to taste
  • 1 cup Frozen corn Add to the meat
  • 4 pieces Tortillas For serving
  • 1 pkg Bagged cabbage slaw Mix with lime and salt for slaw

Breakfast Dinner Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Eggs Scrambled
  • 4 slices Bread For toasting
  • 2 cups Sautéed spinach Fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Feta or cheddar cheese Optional, for topping

Speedy Pasta Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta Any type
  • 1 jar Jarred pasta sauce Choose your favorite kind
  • 2 cups Baby spinach Added at the end
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese For topping
  • 1 tsp Black pepper For seasoning

Sheet Pan Dinner Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken sausage Sliced
  • 2 cups Bell peppers Chopped
  • 1 cup Onions Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For tossing vegetables
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper To taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder Optional seasoning
  • 1 tsp Paprika Optional seasoning

Instructions

Taco Night Preparation

  • Brown the ground meat in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Stir in the taco seasoning and frozen corn.
  • Serve with tortillas and a slaw made from bagged cabbage mixed with lime and salt.

Breakfast for Dinner Preparation

  • Scramble the eggs to desired consistency.
  • Toast the slices of bread.
  • Sauté the spinach in a pan until wilted.
  • Serve with optional cheese on top.

Speedy Pasta Preparation

  • Boil the pasta according to package instructions.
  • Heat the jarred sauce in a pan.
  • Add the baby spinach at the end, allowing it to wilt.
  • Serve with sprinkled Parmesan cheese and black pepper.

Sheet Pan Dinner Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
